Just wanted to say a big thankyou to Bob and Branko at br developments who remapped my sti8 03 on Saturday. The difference is just amazing, played with a new SL55 on the way back, he couldn't shake me off

if you tek 3 a ppp ecu, (I presume they change it or remap it when ppp is done) then can anyone tell? does it give much improvement from standard ppp? did you ever get the dyno done?

As far as I know the standard Subaru test meters cannot see the Tek3, and the difference is very noticeable the car just pulls and pulls.
Not had it dyno'd yet but I saw Bob Rawle during the week for a few tweaks to the mapping (thanks Bob) and he guesstimates around 320/330 bhp. I'll try and get it dyno'd early in the New Year

My local dealer told me that the dealers cannot tell if the Classic ECUs have been reflashed, but that the "new age" ECUs include the date of the latest re-flash, which the diagnostic tool can read. As I have a classic, he had no reason to try to scare me from modifying the ecu - don't know if anyone can confirm?
