Just wondered if anybody had used them, and had good or bad experiances. The sales guy Paul seems good, but was curious about there service capabilities and costs ?

Bought my MY00 from them over 18 months ago, Mike (sales manager) top bloke, service manager (Richard) also top top bloke, I drive 140 miles round trip for service and any other warranty issues.
I wouldn't take my Scoob anywhere else !!! I think they are that good..They are sensible about problems, willing to listen to your views and happy to discuss options,
Really can't rate them enough.

Bought my MY99 Turbo in February and have since been back for a small service.
Paul excellent, as is the guy on service reception...he knows his onions (and Scoobs thankfully...what good would he be, just knowing about onions?).
Get the feeling that they don't rip me off.

dont really want to say incase it's classed as slanderous (spelling) but i have seen a lot better. in fact a lot of our new customers who have come from them drop the 'w' off and replace it with an 's' mentioning various things that have happened and are overall not impressed

Thanks for the comments - I found Mike and Paul in sales to be great, but have found the service department to be a little less so! Just brought a 2001 WRX from them which had an electrical problem that took 4 weeks and 5 visits to fix, thought it might just be bad luck and they redeemed themselves by returning in spotless with a full tank of fuel and bunch of flowers for my wife who had been back and fowards 5 times! HOWEVER on friday I bent a wheel and phoned them for a price on a new one - quoted £320+ vat tried 3 other dealers all quoted £148+vat !!!!! big diference.
