I have tried to speak to Wayne at pace products for about 2 months now. I haven't exchanged a single word.

Has anyone managed to deal with Pace Products at all, in terms of answering technical queries, getting parts made or even ordered?

Not directly, but Mike Tuckwood at ScoobMania has always got me a fast efficient result.
(broke 2 rads in one month
