i have just bought some new wheels & tyres as a package from Top Gear
the package i ordered was 17" BK238 in gold with Federal SS595 tyres as advertised here
However, when the wheels and tyres turned up the tyres actually fitted wern't the ones as advertised, in fact they are NANKANG ULTRA-SPORT NS-II with a completely different tread pattern
Although i have fitted the wheels & tyres to my car (ive done about 100 miles on them), where do i stand?
i have e-mailed Top gear and i'm currently waiting for a reply.

Their policies & contact details, inluding phone number.
My advice would be to NOT drive on the tyres any more (merchantable quality from their T&C) & to phone them straightaway to discuss the matter.
I presume you paid by credit card? If so, then your credit card company will be able to back you. You have, essentially, been given goods that are not those as advertised. Just glancing at their T&Cs doesn't say anything about alternatives being offered.
But PHONE THEM & discuss.
