Dropped in there this morning for some advice on my car troubles..

They ended up finding the problems (water pump death and belt tensioner), they got the parts, and fitted them today and I wasn't even booked in

Very pleased as I nearly gave up on my car. The noise it was making sounded terminal(bottom end terminal), but they said I could leave it with them to remove the belts thus elliminating any noises from water pump, aircon and alternator.

I was dreading a phone call confirming the big end gone but instead got the ever friendly Phill saying it was water pump gone making dodgy noise..phew. I was smiling from ear to ear, and then he said he had a water pump and should be able to fit it.. got a call later saying it was all done and ready to collect tommorrow
