I'm thinking of getting a new STi. How good are Robinsons of Rochdale? Mathew, the sales guy (coincidentally with a surname of Robinson)seems OK , but he's sales. You spend 30 minutes with that side of the business, but 3 years with after sales.........

People opinions vary, but in my experience having owned 4 Impreza Turbos in the last 5 years, they are spot on.
Have nothing but praise for the way they have assisted myself in times of crisis, created I might add by myself, not the product or the service.

Matthew is the co-owners son, hence the same surname.

They have been in businesss over 50 years, So not a here today gone tomorrow outfit.

Very reasonable prices, knowledgable and approachable service, mechanics and parts staff.
One of the co-owners, Dave Deardon is an ex professional motor cycle racer, so understands the performance issues with the cars.

They also sold more STi7's than any other dealer in the UK.
Not by luck, but by good business.

I now own a STi7 + Prodrive Performance Pack 300bhp, from Robinsons.

I have no association with them other than as a extremely satisfied customer.
I am not employed by them, or related to any of the staff or owners.

in my experience they aren't very good at the aftersales part, but you will get fors and againsts every dealer

Bought all my Imprezas there (three to be exact) best car dealer I have ever dealt with.

You ring 'em up when you have a problem, they help you out. No umming and arring, they will do what they can, and that usually means keeping you on the road.

Can't fault 'em.
