Just a quick Note to say thanks to Wayne and Ben at Graham Goode Racing and to Steve at Tarox.
After someone Pointed out to me that I had two Left hand Side discs on my Car, I rang Grahame Goode to sort the problem out as they had supplied them to me back in November, After a lot of calls and chats Tarox are sending me a replacement Right hand Disc free of charge even though they have been on the car for 3 months and I've done a bit of tarting on em.

Fantastic customer service and a big recommendation from me for Both G.G.R. and Tarox.

Question

Forgive me for sounding a little 'picky' but...

Seeing as the stripes go a different way on each disk, shouldnt GG have picked this up at the time of fitting?

Mak.

So now you have a new RH disc fitted on one side and a 3-month's-worth-of-wear LH disc fitted on the other side?

Half-baked solution, IMHO. Whoever caused the problem should have fitted a new pair of discs on the front.

There some complications involved, If GGR had fitted the discs then the prob would have been spotted there and then, and because of the length of time the discs have been on the car it means the law and trading standards deem that I have accpeted the goods and therefore am intitled to sweet fanny adams. Idealy two new Discs would be ideal but as leagly I havent got a leg to stand on, this is purley a gesture of goodwill on Tarox's part.

You could get the disks skimmed to match, not perfect, but it's cheap!

So you've not got Two left feet now then

I was speaking to Wayne to and he is quality. Very helpful and also a good laugh!

Its not down to the garage fitting the discs who needed to check them, its down to Tarox sending the correct kit to Graham Goode. Krade ordered the full kit and not 2 left discs. lol. Graham Goode shouldnt need to check their stock, it should be Tarox checking them when they send the kits.

It was all a big rush to send the kit as Graham Goode had run out and Krade wanted them quickly before the track day. Well done to Graham Goode for sorting the probably and well done to Tarox for the goodwill! Just shows you, that Tarox do look out or their scoob customers. Good on them
