Is it just me?? or does every owner have there vehicle returned from the garage with damage on it.
Had a 1st year body check in January and the car came back full of scratches were some dip-stick had rubbed the hose from a powerwash lance along the side. I complained and the dealership said it would polish out all marks when it returned for its next service. February and the car goes in for a service "SOME" of the marks are out but its now got a chunk missing out of the N/S/R alloy wheel. Is it just me being picky, or do you all have this problem??. (dealership is A & J WHITES)

Get them to replace the wheel, if refurbed it won't match the others. Insist. You are the customer and your car is worth alot of £.

i would change dealer they obviously don't care about you or your car. if we damaged a car we would put it right straight away with no quibble at all.

(quibble ! where did that come from?)
