Recommend them totally,Dave and Andy cant help enough,they just need somebody to answer the phone more often.

yep phone keeps ringing, do they have all the diagnostic equip.
i think ill just turn up in the new year. carnt get through by phone. need a few props looking at..

My car is the white one on their site.

I can recommend them highly although they tend not to answer the phone as often as they should.

This is mainly because Dave is on his own there most of the time and if he's lifting out a gearbox, the phone has to ring out and it goes to answerphone.

I know they are making an effort to get the phones answered more in the new year but they have been shut over Xmas from 20th Dec, so that may be half the problem.

I've seen Dave tearing his hair out about it for some time now, so I've been going in there on Fridays (my day off) and helping him out in return for cheaper labour on my car ..... well it beats being sat at home ironing

So try ringing on a Friday, as I'm ususally there.

As good a reason as any to ring on Friday..... you get to speak to Rich .

I've had some work done and got some parts in the past at Jap too and i can say when you do get to speak to Dave it will be worth while. Willing to chat about your car and his experiences with his etc. If your close it may be worth just dropping in to have a chat....
