Does anyone now where I can get some mesh for a grill in the Bracknell/Guildford sort of area?
The sort of thing above (bottom one of top pic, right one of second pic) - looking for the diamond shaped one in silver/alu not black. Tried the local Ripspeeds but they only have black stuff in there so any other thoughts greatly appreciated as to where I can find some.......
Thanks
Neil.

Hi Iain,
I could adapt it only that would be too small and its a hole grill rather than a diagonal type mesh. The prob is her upper grill is done in like a diagonal stainless mesh so if I did it on the lower on with something else it would look a bit funny
Oh well, I've gotta take the bumper off this w/e to fix one of her lights, was hoping to kill two birds with one stone, so I guess it may have to be 2 seperate bumper removals
BTW - hope you enjoy your lunchtime beer mmmmmmmmmm beer

I've tried all the 3 ripspeeds in my area and they've only got the black stuff hence trying to find somewhere else
Raks - As for attaching, no idea not done it yet but I imagine cable ties or similar would do the job...... I'm not fitting it to my scoob so not sure about that, its going on the missus' Rover 200 BRM!!!
Cheers!

Thanks Ian Problem is I need it for this w/e, having being let down by one supplier its too late to do mail order, and sat delivery they are all stinging for
Tom, yeah I'll give that a try if the worst comes to the worst, I've heard their stuff can rust though so we'll have to see

I take it this is for the front grill on Emma's? Is it too deep to 'adapt' the kind of grille we got for Jennie's? (I know that'd not be ideal as you couldn't get it for tomorrow, but....)

Why not just get some cardboard and print of the pattern of mesh you want and stick it multiple times to the cardboard - hey presto!, wont look any different to the real thing!!
**wont be great ar allowing nice cool air though!

Rich, cheers
Bummer is I've already done it now! I took off the existing black metal stuff and painted it with Hammerite Silver (had left over from doing my callipers) and I'm stunned at how good the effect is Ok, it may chip off over time, and if that is the case I'll replace it with some proper stuff, but at the mo I've just saved 20 odd quid and it looks superb

try any builders merchant i.e. b&q goto plastering section and you will find loads of this stuff , expanding metal, as its known same as the stuff in the car shops but a lot cheaper & more of it,
