Question

Are they usually good at responding to emails?

It is difficult for me to phone during the day but easy to mail before I get bombarded with 'why don't you phone them' replies

They took 4 days too reply to me recently.

It was only a general enquiry about the cost of the Bumpsteer and ALK mods. Must book to have it done soon

Angry

Erm,

you may have a long wait, I waited 2 weeks a while back, got fed up, phoned em' and they said theyd look into my request and get straight back to me.

That was about a month ago, since when I have used another supplier.

I really wish traders would give equal priority to email and telephone queries, or just not bother advertising e mail enquiry.
