Servicing by a none dealer garage 'V' warrenty ?

I've got a MY99 UK Turbo with the extended subaru 2 year warrenty, runs out in march 2004.
My query is, do i have to have my car serviced at a franchised subaru dealer.
I would rather have it serviced at TSL (just down the road), but would this invalidate the warrtenty for any future claims ?
