NTL - need free phone calls ISP???

Hi all
Cant get ADSL at my place, but want a free phone calls style ISP.
Struggling to find one at the mo, NTL CANT provide there own one, so any ideas???? all the ones Ive found want a bt line.

Depends what you're looking for. If you need a dial-up which won't show up on a phone bill (e.g., I used to dial-up from work) then you could try:
www.publiconline.net
www.bizonline.net
The latter's good if you're a company (e.g., contractor). They give you a freephone dial-up, and you pay the bill monthly via a credit card. However, it's not unmetered.
Otherwise, if you're looking for unmetered dial-up via an NTL phone line, take a look at www.net4nowt.com. They list all the top ISPs - including unmetered ones.
