I have just set up my new pc and tried logging onto my hotmail account. The website is found, loads up but only displays a blank white screen with done written on the bottom left. Why is this, ive got a few urgent emails to access but cannot get into them. Any other pc is fine but not mine??? im puzzled please help...

 

Not running Windows XP by any chance are you ???
Or using some sort of Internet stealth software like you get with the Norton Internet security package ??

Is your problem just just hotmail or all sites ?

 

i suspect it's something to do with cookies or security settings in your web browser (IE6???).

 

yeh enable your cookies or give 3rd party access to them, in your web browser, IE6 = tools/net options/Privacy, level LOW or Accept all.
