Update the GTX570 and i7-2600k
Looking at the following build
any changes suggested ??
Geforce GTX 770 EX OC 2048MB
Intel Core i7-4770K 3.50GHz (Haswell) Socket LGA1150 Processor9
Asus Z87 SABERTOOTH Intel Z87 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard

Personally I wouldn't bother with Haswell, its not much of an improvement on Ivybridge, having to buy a dedicated Haswell mobo to go with it is another expense. It depends what the pc is to be used for as to what direction you should go in, if its for gaming then an i5 is plenty paired with a good gpu, single or crossfire/sli etc depending on your needs. With the psu I would look at fully modular.
If its for things like video editing or graphics work then up the processor to an i7, just my opinions.

its for both gaming and video editing
its time for an update so I like to get things that last - so the haswell will last (review threads say the i7-2600k is about the point that the upgrade is worthwhile)
Plus I like to build the new PC alongside the other, then either sell the other as a unit or for spares.
