Mother board needs Reballing anyone out there know of where i can get this done

yep done several in the kitchen Oven - on both Dell's and Acers - I recommend 20mins at 220deg wrapped in foil with the video gpu poking out.

Works great - lets face it you have nothing to lose...

Smells a bit mind - maybe wait til missus is out.....

in fact I only did the Acer one again for a friend for the second time last week - the first 'cook' lasted 18 months - when I did it this time I piled 6 x 5p pieces stacked up on the GPU to give it a bit of weight...

You gotta love the nVidia...

Like you say nothing to loose so ill give it a go tomorrow just watched a video on tube showing using a hot air gun with the rest of the mother board covered bay foil.
Things arnt the easy to take apart have 3 to do lolol
