is one out yet that plays pal/usa/jap ? i know of the usa/jap, but i want a completely universal one

Try this site they are based in Hong Kong. My friend has bought from them and their service is pretty good. They have the multi regional Panasonic Q for about £345.00 plus shipping.

There is no multi region cube as yet but I do believe there is going to be a disc so that you can play multi region games on the Pal cube, this is going to be available at the beginning of June
