I've got it on the PS3.
I've only played the first couple of missions but it seems ok so far. The weapons and sound effects are spot on.
Maybe not quite as good as I was expecting to be honest but not bad. Apparently the online co-op stuff is supposed to be good, I haven't tried it yet.

It's a bad game, by most accounts. Reviewers have almost all trashed it, fans don't seem to like it, and the final product looks nothing like the impressive demo that developer Gearbox showed last year.
My problem is the frame rate often slows significantly, causing the game to stutter, and objects collide and overlap with each other like something from an Sega mega drive title.
And the xenomorph aliens you are tasked with killing sometimes get stuck on walls or simply refuse to fight back.
It also feels as though, just as you get into your stride in the campaign, it comes to an end.
A true disappointment....I feel violated an want my money back
