HTC One X+ Email/Phone book issue

Our IT man has setup my work email on my phone, but it would seem he has also transferred every number in our company address book!
How do I get rid of these in one go??

Ah strange, i've got my S3 on my uni's exchange server and i only have "my" exchange contacts visable, maybe there is a setting that your IT should have applied. Be careful as one of our profs just got his new iphone as old one was lost, started deleting the "contacts" he did'nt want off his new phone to lose them of his PC based exchange outlook, he was'nt happy.
