PDA and mobile more useful I think.
Just "another" peice of kit to lug around.
Can even browse your email in a wap enabled phone now!! - that maybe corprately only though.

A lot of guys based in New York for a company I worked for used them....They thought that they where great but that was 2+ years ago. I think they are all using Handspring Treos now.

We've been using them in NY for a couple of years and the guys think they're great - they were reffered to as Crackberries for a while as there that addictive......
We've tried them here and found the quality to be less than ideal and overall on the expensive side.
I guess it depends on what you want - if you live by email and travel alot then they're a life line - if not then you'd be better off with a bluetooth GPRS enabled phone and a bluetooth IPAQ - that's what we're currently looking into for London.
The advantage of a 2 piece solution is that you can leave the IPAQ at home when you go want go out and just put a phone in your pocket.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I didn't think the Blackberry was a phone, meaning the majority will be carrying two pieces around as well.
