Does anyone know of, or use a good email tracking tool?

I'm in a dispute and as there no longer clicking on the read receipt, I've no idea if my emails are getting through but I'm still trying to keep a paper trail.

I've done that and even though I'll put "FAO, confidential, etc's" it never gets to the person I want. Bloody annoying

Hand deliver it and say ' you've been served' I don't know what it means but I've seen it on a few films.

Whatever you use would not be 100% as it would still rely on the recipient acknowledging some kind of response.
