Image resizing

I need to resize images to get an advert on to Pistonheads. They are saved on my laptop and on Photobucket. How do i do this?

Not done it for a while but I used to use Irfanview to resize images.

http://www.irfanview.com/

probably an easier way though

Photobucket will resize them for you
