Adobe DNG Converter not working

I use DNG converter quite a lot for RAW files. Just downloaded newer version 7_1 and it now won't open at all. Am running Mac Os X 10.4.11 on 2.16 ghz duo intel i mac. Anyone got any ideas. It should run OK on Os X 10.4 versions I think.

System requirements do mention 10.4 - 10.7, intel based machine, and that is what you are running.

Might be worth keeping an eye on this thread.

Yep I saw that thread too - not much other info out there. Probably time I upgraded to snow leopard at least mind you.
