I've tried it but it's not all it's cracked up to be.

Id will depend on which approach you take though. There are various formats and I haven't tried many to know which is best.

I have played the 3d versions on xbox and ps3 and if played for a long time it would hurt your eyes. There is no real big deal on the 3d side.

Cool

I tried it on COD, wasn't very good.

However, one thing Idid see which impressed was GT5 on a newLG TV that had left and right glasses, and you each got full screen view, but your own view! So playing two payer in split screen, one pair of glasses would only show the left player, the other the right player.

Played Call of duty and a few other games on the ps3 and I was not that impressed. My son has a 3ds and a few effects are okay but it soon hurts your eyes.

I'm still waiting for this 3d virtual reality gaming that they promised back in the mid 90's.

I tried Killzone 3 but after playing it on 3d I found I was less likely to play it than if I played it in normal 2d as it bugged the life out of me in 3d.

Tried GOW 3 on the Xbox, in my LG 3D,

Its a lot of info to process, and getting used to the increased depth of field takes some getting used to

It took me twice as long to process the info, and get through the level

May be good for other games

sometime things can look too real . When i first got my blu-ray and 200 htz "motion flow" my movies looked like an episode of Eastenders !

I have only seen 3D on a Nintendo DS as it looked cool , but think it will depend on whatever game u are playing , and how ingrossed you need to be.

I think they had problems with those headsets making people disorientated and vomit .
