Default how not to think things through properly

so we all know newzbins2 is going to be blocked, and bt are being forced to do. Fine and dandy.

but pirates being pirates will get round what ever system is in place to stop them. BT are having to use there cleanfeed software to block it.

So pirates alreday have a way round it, so what sthe issue?

Its also the software that helps stop pedo's getting images etc. so by forcing bt to blocking pirates, the courts have also allowed a get around for the software.

well done you dumb ***'s, if you;d thought about it properly this wouldn;t have happened

disclaimer i dont use newzbins and never have, i just dont think they thought it out when they forced the blocking.

Fu*king retards aren't they. They would of known it was never a feasible option, but they have been given so many backhanders by the entertainment industry, they are now just there lapdogs.

Why they want to stop?

Because RIAA or other don't get anything like licence fees for copyright, licence etc.

Pirates and Pedos use NNTP, I'd just block the whole protocol and be done. The software only encrypts traffic between users and Newzbins so nothing changed for the pedo's.

Yeah, lets just shut down the internet while we are there.

Usenet is totally decentralised, how would you go about blocking it? Blocking the protocol wouldn't work.

Why not. US ISP's have. If BT did the same then they can't be held to account. Job done.

I am glad you made my point then, go and look where the bulk of news servers are hosted.

It can not be blocked at any level.

You don't think it's fair to charge more for a digital copy of something, than to buy the actual physical product and add to that it is quicker, easier and better all round to get that digital copy from Usenet/.Torrent?
