In-car PC - W7 + itunes = HELP ?

In-car PC - W7 + itunes = HELP ?
Right how do I force itunes to start-up and play on boot-up ?
W7 installed, and itunes added to the startup directory.
But it just opens a window...
Anyone know a way of bullying itunes into playing either all tracks in shuffle mode, or a specific playlist ?
No screen installed, so this would be ideal.
