Default Help - suspended from Facebook!

Anybody had any dealing with FB ? My account has been suspended for 'spamming' any idea how to contact FB to explain/ get it restored. A real problem as I run several business pages across FB and they have all been affected :-(

Precisely why FB and their ilk should never be used for a serious business! Good luck with getting it sorted, you'll need it

Any customer focused business not using Facebook is foolish.

And that works - goes to a real live person - I searched their website for a way to contact them without success....

It wasn't spam ! The majority of my postings get a like. I've just put together a promo video for the car show at Castle Combe I'm doing the PR for and was posting it on various pages across FB. FB obviously have a system which detects that you are posting the same thing in several places in a short space of time and assumes it's spam and takes action. But not only do they suspend my 'page' account but also my personal one as well so I cant post on others pages except friends pages.....

I know they have also suspended the Castle Combe official page as well for exactly the same thing! Would be much better if business pages paid a fee and got a proper service.

It's happening a lot right now, charities especially use the same tactics as you and are being banned. Email the address I provided and you will get a response.

Just leave it Jack, you've had one post removed already. I have made my living out of web deisgn for nearly 10 years. I must be doing something right! The mods have made it clear this is not the place for a battle of petulent egos so back off. The point I was making is serious and you are just choosing to twist it.

Wish I could afford it. Ł40 for Aperture was extravagant.

Not on personal pages - on car club pages - the majority of which have already booked stand space at the show - so very targeted and relevant / hardly spam
