Typing issue when using forums, Hotmail ?
I have had an issue for a while that when responding to posts in any type of forum and when using Hotmail especially not every keystroke will register. some days it's impossible to live with other days its fine
Today especially it's a right bitch and it is easier to type a post in outlook or Word and then cut and paste into the forum
example, the start of the post looked like the text below and I have had to re-insert 42 letters into this post alone
"Ihve had a sue r a while th when respoing to posts n any typ of forum and whn usi"
Any ideas why this is happening and how I can fix it ?
Keyboard is fine in every other application.
It is a MS Wireless 1000, bought in Aus, using a Dell pc also bought whilst we were in Aus, only change I made to the keyboard was to set it up as English for the £ sign etc. It's not the signal or the batteries and hasnt always behaved ike this.
I'm at the point where I want to destroy the keyboard and plug in the one that came with the machine but I'm sure it's not the keyboards fault and I need the wireless capabilities.
Any advice greatly appreciated

Try installing the official drivers and see if that makes a difference. have seen similar problems which were due to comms errors between the hardware and operating service.

Thanks guys
I had originally installed MS drivers when we got the keyboard, sometimes you think of all the possibilities of why it's misbehaving totally forgetting the drivers no idea if the d/l version is any newer than the one I originally installed it with but it seems a lot better, only two missing letters as I type this
I'll give it another couple of days before I get over excited at the prospect
Thanks again !
