Question

At the moment I flick between MS PhotoEditor and Paint and swap from bmp to jpeg as required to do a bit of editing on technical digital photos for reports etc and to modify CAD drawings to get prototype parts made up. Laughable? - Yes, but the work gets done

Can anyone recommend a good simple package to make this easier, without resorting to complex expensive stuff like photoshop etc. Downloadable freebie would be even better - but it is undeniably business use.

Cheers

Mick
