Right my ps3 wont connect to the internet was working fine untill the network went down.
Wanted to watch some stuff on the i player today and it says internt connection failed error 80710102 this is a dns error.?

Ive switched off router many times and been looking online for hours with no joy.Im now at the point where im getting very close to unplugging the ps and launching it out the window .

If anyone could help me on this matter before i see if my beloved ps can fly..

Just checked mine buddy and mine works fine psn is still down like but the net works

I used to get this problem all the time on my wireless connection, but now it's ethernet it's ok (though I cannot think of a reason why!).

What I did before hard wiring it was to configure the DNS manually on it. Do a search for DNS servers and then add those to it.
