PC help please
Hi guys,
i need some help with my PC. Im not that clued up with computers so its probably a simple thing.
Basically, i wanted to have a little picture of my car under my name (on the left), i was told i needed to download a 'image resizer'. I went on google and downloaded one. I then went ahead and resized an image to the size aloud on the forum.
As you can see it worked but the quality is terrible. Is there a way of making it better.
Thanks people, sorry if its a stupid question,

Easiest way mate.. Right click on the image file, click edit. This should open it up in MS Paint. Then go to Image, Stretch / Skew. Then you can change it 25 and 25 normally shrinks it enough. Thats one way of many!!!

why install a program just to resize? not needed, open it in the default paint package and then 'image' tab, 'stretch/skew' and just stretch it to % of what ever you need job done.
if you need to make it lower than a specific size then just scale it down a few times, quicker than hunting a program down, learning it and then doing it.

even easier , use the windows power toys resize wizard
right click file, resize, choose from a preset or enter a custom size, job done
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/d...powertoys.mspx
they still work on my windows 7
