I have another problem I would like to test you out on ;-)

Trying to overlay 2 graphs (as pictures)I have used Word. 1st graph as jpeg, 2nd as gif with transparent background and overlay them - easy :-)

What I wanted to do then was select both together to group them so that I can size them together to optimum size on the paper. - HELP I can't do it (using Word 97)

Only ways to do it that I have found are to make 1 graph smaller than the other so there is enough sticking out from underneath to select both independently. Or blow the graph up as large as possible on screen, print screen, paste as new picture in PhotoEditor and then trim to required size. - Both a bit tedious!

If you have any advice or clever ideas it would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Mick

On your Drawing tool bar you should have a Draw button, click this, then Group . . . . ?

Thanks DJ but with being only able to select the top graph the 'group' options are shadowed out since only 1 item is selected.

Solution is to put the objects in PowerPoint and group them there, then paste back into Word - Joy, oh Joy

Have a nice day now... y'all
