help needed - homepage has been changed!!!

my homepage, scoobynet of course! , has somehow been changed to this http://www.duolaimi.net/d.asp?http://www.scoobynet.co.uk/bbs/ . when i go into my settings to change back to scoobynet it won't let me change the homepage and when i connect to the web ( using a shi*e modem!! ) it also wants to download chinese script!! tried symantec to see if i've got a virus which came back clear. how do i get rid of it?? HELP!!!!! pumpers.

...go into the control panel and reset the startup page in "internet options" or whatever it's called .
If that fails....you can go into the registry (run regedit) and do the same thing...use the search function in the editor, and search for the url it's set to right now (the nasty virus site), and change the value on the "key" - be careful in the registry...one wrong move can render the pc useless.
Then...get a properly updated virus killer.

You've probably only temporarily fixed it.
What the bar stewards are now doing is planting a cookie in your system and every now and then it will change your homepage. Just do a search for "duolaimi" and you will probably find the cookie in your windows folder. Just delete it and the problem will go away.
