Default Qick help with Windows 7?

Trying to sve a word document, clicked save, it shows a page with what title, where saved to, etc, but no button to click to actually save and it isn't saved.
What are we doing wrong?

Tried both, it takes me to the same page, tells me what and where, even shows it saved in documents, but clicking on it shows it's not there.

SOLVED: Word license expired

We've copied it straight into an e-mail and it's coming to me to deal with on my Word.
