Hi all

maybe a long shot but i need to find a copy of the MB MERCEDES STAR C3 C4 DIAGNOSTIC TOOL 2010 for xp, the new version works on any laptop / pc as the old one would only work on T30 IBM


my cousin had his laptop nicked out of his van but still has all the leads and main box so im looking for the above

any help would be great

these boards are trawled by manufacturers on a regular basis so i doubt someone is going to offer up an expensive piece of automotive software for free. you might get a private message from someone but again as it is pretty specialist i doubt it.

your only other alternative is the likes of torrent sites or maybe some newsgroups but again its a pretty specialised piece of software.

If you have an older version of the software will mercedes not offer you a deal on an upgrade. Also i have found with software like this, the manufacturer will also require some sort of hardware dongle plugged into a USB port to allow the software to work.
