Witch broadband, sounds wicked!

The first thing you need to invest in is a good dictionary.

Is that where you can download spells?

Steve

PS Sorry, couldn't resist! Can't help. I'm with BT and they are expensive and rubbish!

Sky customers get it free if you choose "Everyday Lite". Are you a Sky TV subscriber?

Plusnet.

Will cost you either £6.49, £10.99 or about £12.00 pm depending where you live.

(mines the £12, my parents £6.49)

Pendle Broadband in Lancashire are excellent. You need to stay with them for a good spell though!

Total opposite for me Dave.

Talk$hite couldn't connect me for 3 months ( they cut me off 'by accident..') so I went to Plusnet and was on-line within 7 days.

Plusnet aren't the cheapest, but I put a value on my time being held in a phone queue whilst being connected to a foreign customer service whereas Plusnet are only in Sheffield.

Answers like that will not help your case fella.

And I hate to pick hairs etc, but its "off", not "of"

Anyway - I'm currently with Sky BB. I get just over 10Mb download speeds.
Only costs me £5 per month for this.

In order of preference:

Virgin (cable) > BT Infinity > BE/Orange (LLU) > Demon

You do get what you pay for. As a simple test, call their help desk of any prospective supplier.

had quite a few and to be honest Virgin have been best on both Ping Dload speed and latency, But it has to be Fibre cable not ADSL

All ADSL has issues when faults occue ive been with Talk Talk Uk online BT etc, and its alwasy a ballache when summat goes wrong.

so in short
Virgin Cable
BT ADSL Infinity

But not all can get cable

Talk Talk make me sick they just badger u to death so i sacked em

Plusnet. I'm paying £6 for what BT wanted to charge £35.

All phone line faults I've had were caused by BT.

Still, when I move house, I'll be going with Virgin.
