Ok, so I am sure you guys will know the answer. In some games there is a red flashing light that seems to be coming from me - it projects onto walls and stuff? Any ideas what this is?

Its not on the gun that I know of as its about 2 feet off to one side. Its very irritating!

On Bad Company 2 i like to fire tracer darts into people for a laugh, maybe it is something like this

Usually 3 of us on our squad and once we ganged up on our team mate and shot a load of tracer darts into him without him even realising, he was sniper class and looked like a flashing christmas tree

For some reason it stopped doing this the other day, then it started again today.

Really odd. Its defo in the game and only does it during online mode that I can tell.

rent the game from blockbuster and see if it does it on that copy, if not then then its your disk which you then send back to blockbuster instread or the rented one and let them deal with it
