Notebook choices

OK guys looking for some help from the computer wizards. Looking for a note book pref 12" screen max, min 10". Important to have as good a processor as possible and decent amounts of RAM, good screen and battery life and an integrated webcam. Budget around £350 any ideas.
I have considered the Asus UL20A and Asus EEE PC 1201N.
