Whats the best free DVD to MP4 converter ?

I'm after converting a few DVD's to MP4 so i can put them onto my HTC phone, is their any free software out there that gives excellent quality results ?

Ive looked on google but its guess work as to whats decent.

Thanks for that, i downloaded that one and have it running at the min. It aint quick is it lol, so far its been running about 3 hours converting a 1 half hour dvd and its at 67% at the min and going very slowly. It says another 1 hour 30 mins to go.
