Help Bulk emailing!?

I have 40,000 people I need to email ASAP! (before you ask, they are all registered)
It is a simple HTML email, nothing too flash...... I need to mass email them all the same email, they must all be BCC'd as no to hand out the addresses.
Any thoughts guys, a free solution would also be a massive bonus!

easy... if you use outlook or lotus notes.. I can give you windows scripts that can mass email via either..

I can get the addresses in any format, currently brkoen into four ten thousand blocks......
