True, they had just signed off the iphone 4 take back and were going through their To Do list

I opened mine up to get the HDD out and stuck in a caddy, although i didn't rip the bottom, should i just stick a duff drive in and take it back.

Thanks Steve! Going to the Apple store tomorrow to pick up my new Time Capsule, called them up and told them I was concerned about mine as it *may* have turned off on it's own before, they booked me an appointment to pick up my replacement.

Will I be able to resist an iPad or iPhone 4. Probably as I just got a 'kin tax bill.
