The grandson is going to spend some more time with me over the coming months and I need some advice on the PS3. He's got one already and I don't want him tramping about bring his everytime he stays.

1. The best/cheapest place to buy one?
2. Similarly, best/cheapest place to buy games?
3. Controllers and pereferals?

I am a complete games console virgin, so please do your best.

Everyone seems to be around the same price? I think they are about £250 with two budget games ? I bought mine from Asda as they do good deals and most shops do really cheaper pre owned games.

I did see one for £199 from TESCO but it was a Refurbed with 12 months warranty.

199£ for refurbished and 12 months its good price.For games best place to buy its Amazon,Ebay and Game.
Controllers and pereferals?If you want play racing games my recommendations its Logitech G25(i have with custom playseats Sparco),if you want more just wait on PS Move(its similar to Wii) which probably cost to 79£

£259 from TESCO Direct for a PS3 Slim 250 Gb (I take it 250Gb is the daddy?) with two films and controllers. Is this worth it?

My friend brought this playseats from US for 300£ with delivery and worth every penny.And other side this seats its compatible with PC,Xbox 360.I play last time on this seats on PC Life For Speed,and its awesome,highly recommended.
