hi all, my pc startup says there are 2 files missing, desngd1.dll and aduqivux.dll .
says i should re install them but how? any ideas?

use your windows disk to repair windows or try a system restore to a state where your PC was running fine.

 

tried the restore thing, bought the pc from pc world couple of years ago, should i of got a cd with it?

depends some places like that give you a recovery cd but some just give you the serial and you would then need to get/borrow a cd to pair it up to

if youve no serial use a program like magic jelly bean or siw http://www.gtopala.com/ (i use this as it gives you all the info you will ever need on everything on your pc)

find out your serial and try and get hold of a windows disk worst case is a full reinstall but make sure you have your serial first

im sure its repairable though
