Need 9.2 for windows to sync my iphone. Upgraded to latest beta for os4 last night, but backed up / sync'd with the laptop rather than the mac and it never occurred to me that they might not have released 9.2 for windows. Doh.

If you want Mac on your Laptop,you must download Vmware Player and MacOSX distro aka iDneb,iAtkos,and other(which you may download from any torrent site or Rapidshare),here is small tutorial http://pcwizcomputer.com/index.php?o...d=36&Itemid=32
I have on my PC MacOSX and on my brother laptop,its not easy at first time,but for this hassle its great

My guess is that as dev for iOS requires Xcode they see no point in releasing a windows version of 9.2.2 until the final seed is released which as others have said will be the 21st June. There is some sense in that.

 

I have to say that was impressively easy: VMWare workstation, downloaded OSX and off you go.

Now to download the iPhone SDK and see if I can get that to work and write some iPhone code.
