Default Home network - who's doing what
Are there any utils / apps that show what's connected to my home network, and can show what traffic is passing through them?

I want to see what bandwidth / traffic is been taken / used by the various things connected..

lappy , xbox, phones etc

Your router will probably give you most of that info (if not in nice pretty graphs) - just type in the router IP address into your browser and log in.
