I am responsible for the company network but I kinda just fell into it because I showed an interest, never really had any training so problem is if current employer goes under I have no qualifications for another job.

So interested it IT suport, networking, internet, Exchange Server 7, installing a domain networks, stuff like that?

I'm a quick learner but I know I need to know more and get some qualifications under my belt especially as the company has offered to pay for it!

Yep a Microsoft Certified Professional course would be best as it sounds like it's Microsoft systems you are responsible for. Also will look good on your C.V as well as the experience you are aquiring to back-it up.
