Default Cant download Flash player

I cant see any videos on youtube as it says i need a updated flash player so i click on the link to download the lastest flash player but the download never works always says download failed How do i get it?

What does that mean? I download it and when its nearly complete like 90% it says failed to register.

Update your adobe reader instead, whatever was in the update for the reader worked as I had the same as you mate with the player, worked straight after.

The shockwave player installed fine but it dosent let me see youtube.

Strange, I would try this..

How to uninstall the Adobe Flash Player plug-in and ActiveX control

Then try run the program again.

Try checking out this link

Flash not installing correctly on Vista has been a problem for years, but the link above will help you fix it.

When you go to the link above, make sure you first follow their link for the Flash Player uninstaller.

You've more than likely got a corrupt install so remove it and follow their steps to re-install.

Done the scan with regcure it found alot of faults so paid the £30 quid to fix them all, went to download the adobe again, downloaded fine went to install it and guess wot "failed to install"

Did you download the Uninstaller from here

Download the Flash Player Uninstall program to remove Flash

Did you try and download the installer, save it to your desktop and then run it rather than trying to install it via IE?

Download Little Registry Cleaner 1.4 - The first registry cleaning tool that is available as open source - Softpedia

Only thing I can suggest is to use Firefox and see if that works

I had this problem about 2 years ago with Vista, I got so annoyed I ended up re-installi the OS and that sorted it.
