Just click on the RSS feed on a webpage and subscribe to it. It will now appear in the drop down list of news feeds to choose from

Thats where it will appear once you have added the rss to your feeds tab in favorites, hover the mouse over the news box and then click on the spanner to the right and choose the feed you just added in the drop down list available

Open up internet explorer, click the favorites button, and select the feeds tab. The feeds listed are the ones that will be displayed in the gadget. Simply change them here and the change will be reflected in the gadget next time it loads.

Slightly off topic. The best gadget for Vista/Windows 7. Always amuses me
