My policy is always to refund the difference on postage costs. ie if an item costs less than £10 (in this case) than I'll refund them the change.
I'd send it over to their Paypal as a gift so they dont pay the fees on it!
I've done this on numerous occasions & if anything I find people respect your honesty more by doing this.
Looking at my feedback, I've never once had a complaint by a customer about postage costs.
