If I was at work, I'd offer to let you have it faxed there and I'd scan it and send it on. Unfortunately, we're shut until the new year, so that's not much use - sorry!

I have never tried this service but a quick google came up with this, which looks like it would suit you?

Have a look at this. It might be exactly what you want.
An alternative is to get them to fax me. We've got an automated system which takes a fax and converts it to PDF files, at which point I could then email you the PDF file. If you want to do this, drop me a PM.
